US Loaded Annual figures based on fully-loaded cost (salary + benefits + payroll taxes, ~30% load). Onboarding fee of $2,500 applies one-time per placement and is included in first-month billing.
Match score determines tier. Tier determines pay.
Caliber prices on demonstrated fit, not seniority titles. Same scoring engine across all eleven placements.
Every Caliber candidate is scored 0–100% against your specific role needs. The score combines three independent assessments:
Behavioral fit: 81-question instrument covering operator dimensions like ownership, follow-through, and ambiguity tolerance.
Skills assessment: role-specific, with a live AI-tool component. The candidate demonstrates fluency in the actual tools the role uses.
AI-reviewed video interview: transcribed and reviewed by Claude against the behavioral and skills scoring rubric.
Below 85%, candidates don't get placed. At 85%, 90%, and 95%, candidates place into tiers. The pricing reflects the difference in expected outcome, not the difference in seniority labels.
